James Gordon (Nick Nolte) and his family are currently being stalked by this psychopathic child killer that leaves dead rabbits with notes stuck into them. Now, it's up to Batman and the GCPD to stop this deranged lunatic once and for all. However as things go on, the citizens of Gotham will know what true madness is upon this spooky holiday..
