After escaping the streets of Gotham City, Clark Kent, better known as Superman, returns to his friends and family in Metropolis, only to find most of the city under attack by a horde of Lex Luthor's henchmen led by Bizarro, a disfigured clone of Kal-El created by Luthor to destroy him. Now, Superman must fight this derranged clone of himself to save the ones he loves. Meanwhile, Bruce Wayne, currently finds himself being held captive onboard a civilian airliner carrying nuclear bombs piloted by the Joker. Now, Batman must stop Arthur Fleck and Slade Wilson before they cause more death and destruction with the bombs.
