The Joker has taken over the city with his assistant Bruno, seeing as Harley abandoned him to elope with Ivy, and the only hero left there who isn't busy with Justice League work or out of town for any other reason is Nightwing's sidekick, Robin, AKA Carrie Kelley. Batman and Robin team up to stop the Joker.
