Fan Casting The Blight in Batman: The Dark Knight Begins Again

The main villain of the film, Derek Powers has been rapidly gaining more and more money in his company, Powers Technology, while also running for Mayor of Gotham City. One day, after a less-than-stellar encounter with Wally West, otherwise known as the Flash, Derek fell over a guardrail and into a nuclear powerplant. Derek, by luck, managed to survive the ecounter, but became a walking biohazard known simply as ''The Blight''. Eventually however, due to intel fed to him by Derek's son, Paxton, Bruce Wayne is eventually able to defeat Derek in a radiation-proof version of his Superior Batman suit, with Derek being taken to Arkham Asylum afterward.
