Batman - Season 3

Gotham is changing. With the old criminal order shattered, a new generation of dangerous figures begins to emerge, while Batman finds himself facing a city that is becoming increasingly unpredictable. When a mysterious killer known as the Hangman begins targeting members of the Gotham Police Department, Bruce is drawn into a case that forces him to confront the consequences of everything that has happened since his war against the city’s mafia began. At the same time, Bruce Wayne takes responsibility for a young orphan whose life has been permanently changed by tragedy. Dick Grayson, once a circus performer, is brought into Bruce’s world and slowly becomes more than a ward. As Bruce struggles to balance protecting Dick with allowing him to live his own life, Dick discovers that he may have a place beside Batman—not simply as a partner, but as someone who can bring hope and humanity to the mission. Their new partnership is tested as Gotham’s criminals grow more violent and Two-Face remains a deeply personal threat. Dick must learn what it truly means to become Robin, while Bruce must learn that protecting someone does not mean keeping them away from danger. The season explores the fragile relationship between a damaged man and the boy who may become his greatest source of hope, as Batman’s crusade begins to evolve into something bigger than himself.
