Fan Casting Oswald Cobblepot in Batman Season 2 (Show)

Oswald is very creepy, but also a very tactical and cunning crime boss. I want people around Oswald to be genuinely afraid of him, even if his height makes it difficult to do so. He should also be weird and uncomfortable to be around. He should be able to feel like a leader over an entire gang. With all of this in mind, I think Joe Pantoliano can do this to perfection. He can be scary when needed, while at the same time feeling like a leader!
