Ras would be at the beginning and mostly in the flashbacks. When Bruce and Talia catch up to Deathstroke and Bane they would make the two choose between Ras and Damien. Ras is at piece with dying and gets his head lopped off by Slade. In the flashbacks we’d see how Ras was a brutal teacher and how he at first seemed wise to Bruce until Katana shows him the truth.
