Synopsis

For the past thirteen years, Mr. Feeze has been living in the glaciers of Alaska with his cryogenetically frozen wife, desperate to find a cure for the disease that is finally beginning to kill her. Desperate to save Nora, Victor Fries chooses to kidnap Batgirl to not only use her blood as the final component in his cure, but to lure Nightwing to his base to convince the young hero to join him in building the perfect paradise for his wife. But unknown to Freeze, another man will be joining Dick Grayson on this rather dangerous rescue mission...

Description of Dr. Chase Meridian (Victor Fries' therapist):

After Mr. Freeze willingly goes to Arkham Asylum, with Nora Fries going to the hospital to receive proper medical attention before her heart transplant, Victor begins to receive therapy inside Arkham from a young doctor named Chase Meridian, who has taken the place of Hugo Strange as Head Professor of all doctors and professors in Arkham, and never tortures her prisoners, unlike Hugo.
