Formerly known as Edward Nashton, Edward Nygma is the costumed super villain known as the Riddler. He was a hacker in the Falcone Crime Syndicate but joined up with the Joker after the fall of the Gotham Mob. Inspired by the Joker, Edward legally changed his last name to Nygma and created a new costumed identity around his love of riddles and brain teasers. His new goal is to deduce the identity of Batman and prove he is the smartest man in the world.
