A drug that is more addictive and harmful than anything on the market, called X-Reign, which also gives Black Mask control over all its users. As well as a new Robin taking the mantle after Dick Grayson left to become his own hero. The dynamic duo have to stop him at any cost, with some help from an unlikely source, Catwoman.
