Bruce Wayne is out of the picture. Disappeared after going on a mission against the Court of Owls, when this happens several replacements appear to become Gotham's new bat. But only one can. And this replacement is none other than James Gordon. Gordon now as Batman sets out in search of the missing Bruce Wayne.
