Fan Casting The Escaped Prisoner in Batman: First Year

After Falcone is arrested and Commissioner Loeb mysteriously disappears after his sudden "retirement", Jim is appointed as Gotham's new head of the GCPD, where he and Batman find out about an escaped serial killer known as "The Joker", a madman who has bleached skin, a bloody-red smile, and a sardonic persona.
