Synopsis

Deep inside the sewers of Gotham City, four men sit in makeshift cells, prisoners of a deranged man who calls himself The Ratcatcher. When one of these prisoners escapes, but is mauled Batman sets out to find this new opponent, but then fights a murderous brain teaser obsessed man. Later seeing the two team up, Batman has to combine brains and brawn more than ever to defeat the duo.
