A kleptomaniac and former Arkham Asylum inmate who disguises herself as a socialite to choose her targets, Selina plans to cause massive financial damage to Thorne and Black Mask, leading her path to cross with Bruce and Batman. Selina is the illegitimate daughter of Gotham's former crime boss, Carmine Falcone, who was brought down by Batman. It was Carmine who had her committed to Arkham to hide her existence, but she was released after Batman took down Falcone.
