Synopsis

One full year has passed since Deathstroke's attack on Gotham City, plus three months after the Scarecrow and Hush nearly turned the city into their own sandbox of fear and death. Now, Batman has to face yet another threat, this time in the form of the sadistic serial killer known as "The Joker", formerly Bruce's once thought dead business associate, Arthur Fleck, and his psychopath for a lover, Harley Quinn. However, in combating these two new adversaries, Bruce will learn a shocking truth involving the death of Rose Wilson..

Description of "A woman from Metropolis" (Mid-Credits Scene):

After leaving Arkham Asylum, due to Lex Luthor wasting his time by ignoring his questions, Batman comes across another woman, who has moved from Metropolis to Gotham after the incident that previously occurred in that city. Batman asks her why she's in Gotham, and like Lex Luthor, she tells him only to check the news. But unlike Lex, she says that if he chooses to engage the source of the Metropolis incident, he must "proceed with caution".
