Thomas Bangalter is a French musician, record producer, singer, songwriter, DJ, composer and film director. He is best known as one half of the French house music duo Daft Punk, alongside Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo.
After Terry McGinnis (Leo Howard)'s father is murdered, a chance encounter with an elderly Bruce Wayne (Michael Keaton) leads him to take on a long abandoned legacy-- the cowl of the Batman. But between clashing with his reluctant mentor who isn't ready to see someone make the same mistakes he did, trying to hold the pieces of his old life together, and discovering he's in way over his head as more and more of a grand conspiracy with twisted business mogul Derek Powers (John Slattery) at the center, the question isn't just whether Gotham ready for another Batman: it's if Terry can live up to the mantle.
