Description of Max Shrek (Blight):
Max Shrek from The 1992 Tim Burton film Batman Returns was a villain who created Catwoman by simply pushing her off a roof. He seemingly died at the end of that movie however it is revealed in this he was electrocuted which woke him and he became the famous "Blight" Unlike the comics Blights Identity was Derek Powers. He is not this movies villain nor does he make a physical appearance he is only shown on Bruce's BatComputer showing he is still alive and ready for him.
