Synopsis

Gotham City grows infested with crime; corrupt politicians, police brutality and vicious crime lords fill the day to day life of it’s residents. But the emergence of a vigilante sparks hope in some and fear in others, for on the anniversary of Bruce Wayne’s parent’s death, Batman he becomes.

Description of Joe Chill:

A mentally ill man responsible for the mugging and killing of Bruce Wayne’s parents. Chill suffers from multiple personality disorder, leading him to steal and rob to quench his other half’s desire to be a woman. Chill is confronted by a young Wayne, but ultimately killed by Arnold Wesker.
