All Gotham's villains have one thing in common. Kill Batman. None of them have achieved this and are thirsty for revenge for Gotham's bat putting them behind bars, when a new sect dubbed the "Court of Owls" unleashes all the villains, Batman will have to ally with his allies to stop them from once and for all and put an end to the new sect that emerged to kill him and take him out of the picture.
