After the Needles assaults Gotham City Hall he is caught by Batman and taken to Arkham Asylum which temporarily houses most of the mostly all of the most dangerous criminals in Gotham who were transferred after a fire at Blackgate Prison and after figuring Needles allowed himself to be captured Batman accompanies him into the asylum not knowing this is all an elaborate scheme by all of the villains to finally be rid of the Bat using the super drug Titan.(Coming out August 25 2009)read more
