Synopsis

Following the events of the civil war between the Justice League and Teen Titans, Bruce Wayne, better known as Batman, finds himself training yet another individual that has become a member of the Batfamily. That being a young girl by the name of Harper Row, who has taken on the moniker of ''the Bluebird''. However, whilst training young Harper, Bruce learns that Jerome Valeska, the fourth Joker, survived the collapse of a long-abandoned fuel station during the events of Mask of The Phantasm, and now aims to turn Gotham into a city of madness. Now, Batman and Bluebird must stop the Joker before he can enact his twisted plans

Description of ''Oh, not this again...'' (Post-Credits Scene):

The next day, following the death of Jerome Valeska, Bruce Wayne is getting ready for a press conference with the mayor of Gotham City on who the new District Attorney should be, as well as the arsonist running around the city itself, when he hears the doorbell ring. Opening the door, he sees two men dressed like himself, one of them appearing to be in their late teen years, the other one being in their late forties to early fifties. Bruce asks the two men who they are, and they respond with introducing themselves as Terry McGinnis and Bruce Wayne, both Batmen from two other universes. Realizing what has happened, Bruce sighs, placing his hand over his eyes and cursing under his breath.
