Two months have passed since the defeat of Two-Face and Mr. Freeze in Gotham City. It is now Valentine's Day, the exact day that Bruce Wayne and Rose Wilson were supposed to get married before her assassination at the hands of Arthur Fleck. For weeks, Bruce has been searching for Dick Grayson after Victor Fries used Robin as a bargaining chip to defeat Batman, as he went missing during the final battle, but has found nothing.
