Description of The Riddler/Edward Nygma:
Released from Arkham, and essentially sanctions Caldwell technologies soldiers to basically be deputized within Gotham to attack Batman's allies. Is requested by Elliot to distract Batman as much as possible whilst he carries out his own plans, so he may don the Riddler attire, however I would have him do this more in the sequel. (His costuming would be seen in photographs) During a fundraiser for his campaign in the Caldwell building, he might wear a suit alluding to it? Maybe Bruce and him have a conversation and he knows Bruce's identity and tries to feign this "I'm not the same man you threw in Arkham" Obviously Bruce is skeptical.
