Months after Bruce Wayne has dealt with Deathstroke and Slipknot, a new criminal makes their mark in Gotham. Bruce and his butler Alfred investigate everything they know so far about the criminal, their search leads them to a sweet older gentleman named Arnold. All seems well until Arnold pulls out a ventriloquist dummy he named Scarface. This dummy is an alternate personality for Arnold, making him an innocent victim.
