Hugh G. Tee-Bone and Copyright Perplexed return to confront Principal Sick, who opens the “Ultimate Restroom,” a high-tech facility with ridiculous rules. Determined to reclaim their freedom, the boys plot to sabotage the grand opening with something more outrageous than their previous antics.
