Jean-Sebastian Forgerauld is the current leader of the Order of the Lifedrainers. He is shown to be supportive of the Raven and his movement, and encourages the Raven to go after the high profile leaders of the free world. He uses the Raven to draw CIA attention off of him so he can have all the US-operating members of the Order killed, besides Babylon’s team, after finding out that one of them is an active agent infiltrating the Order. The rat is revealed to him by master hacker LaChamp, and at the end N-Machine gives him the name at the cost of Babylon finding out he is now marked as an enemy
