The head of the CIA, he is the boss of Katherine and Parker. He helps relay information to the Vice President and lead the agency to bring down both the Raven cult and to anyone in the Order of the Blooddrainers. He is a tough boss who has a short temper and refuses to hear of any failure. He is marked and then killed by the Raven himself.
