Amora the Enchantress was born on Asgard with no known parentage or location of birth. She began learning magic as the apprentice of Karnilla, the Queen of the Norns, and while she showed unnatural power unlike any other, Amora used her power to seduce and manipulate the mind of the Asgardians. Once Odin sensed the evilness inside of Amora he took it upon himself to abandon her on Earth. As she got older she fully manifested her magical powers, powers that she believed were enough to defeat any being that came in her way. However once witnessing the attacks of New York City by Loki the God of Mischief, she came across the Avengers, Earth’s mightiest heroes. While she expressed admiration of the superhuman group amongst herself, she began to plot her plan to defeat them and seek for world domination.
