After uncovering a Skrull Conspiracy (one that was unbeknownst to even the heroes), Norman Osborn has emerged as the people’s champion. As a result newly-elected President Waters has appointed him to head the DHS, and his first matter of business: make it so any and all vigilantes operating out of the United States are illegal. And to replace them with a new and improved more patriotic Avengers. Will the heroes reveal Osborn’s sinister intentions? Will the world accept America’s new protectors? Or will they cast off the old guard in favor of this new more militant and darker team?read more
