After the Battle of New York, Peter Parker finally gets to relax until he finds himself in a mix between multiple crime bosses, the Punisher, and fellow Avengers Sandman, Daredevil and Elektra. Spider-Man now has to face the cruelest of the cruel from the criminal underworld with his allies in order to find the one who's leading them and stop every single one of them. Together, they'll have to face Daredevil's old enemy, who is the most ruthless and cold-hearted criminal in New York: the Kingpin.
