Synopsis

Attack on Titan is set in a world where humanity lives inside cities surrounded by enormous Walls that protect them from Titans, gigantic humanoid creatures who devour humans seemingly without reason. The story centers around Eren Jäger, his adoptive sister Mikasa Ackerman, and their childhood friend Armin Arlelt, whose lives are changed forever after the appearance of a Colossal Titan, which brings about the destruction of their home town and the death of Eren's mother. Vowing revenge and to reclaim the world from the Titans, Eren, Mikasa, and Armin join the Scout Regiment, an elite group of soldiers who fight Titans outside the Walls.

Description of Historia Reiss (Christa Lenz):

Historia Reiss is the current Queen of the Walls. She is also the illegitimate child of the nobleman Rod Reiss and is the last remaining member of the Reiss royal family. Shortly after, her mother was murdered in front of her, and Historia was coerced into renouncing her name and claim to the Reiss heritage, taking on the new identity of Krista Lenz, and entering military service, which was expected to result in her death. She eventually reclaimed her true name, becoming an important asset to the Corps and ascending to the throne after the success of the revolution against the government.
