For research by government, Queen Industries is ordered to transport a Kryptonian specimen (Kara Zor-El) to Star Labs, but always intercepted by Black Canary. Oliver and Dinah having duels in several times. Meanwhile, threat is behind it. Oliver and Dinah must save themselves from agents' assassination, they unfreeze that Kryptonian and destroy all of the agents, but caused many people injured. After this event, for prevent the crimes and conspiracies, they're trying to become heroes.read more
