Pamela Isaac is the top of the botany department at the Gotham College of Science and Engineering. A genius-level IQ and immense creativity, she is chosen by her teacher, Dr. Kyle, to come intern at her botanical experimentation and research facility. But as Pamela craves more to do, her and Dr. Kyle become locked in a battle of intellect, ultimately leading to creation of Poison Ivy.
