Synopsis

The world is at a standstill. Arkham and Gotham City have been decimated by The Regime of another universe, and thousands have been killed in the invasion, with many more thousands seriously injured. One of the wounded was Bruce Wayne, the Superior Batman, who is currently being hospitalized elsewhere, with Dick Grayson, also known as Nightwing, having since taken temporary control of The Regime. Clark Kent, seeing an opportunity to stand up for what's right in the wake of the disaster, begins plotting to riot against the security in Arkham Asylum, in order to take the fight directly to the government...

Description of ''The Patient'' (Post-Credits Scene):

In the Post-Credits Scene for the film, after Superman and all those who participated in the Arkham Riot were defeated and condemned to be crucified at the footsteps to Fortress Arkham, we cut to a hospital room, where news of the upcoming crucifixion is playing on television. We pan towards the bed in the room, where a man wrapped head to foot in several bandages and hooked up to life support wakes up. Upon seeing the news, the man looks down at his hands with tears, and whispers, ''What have I done..?'' under his breath, before looking back the television playing the news, and says, ''I will save you, Clark.'' ending the film on a cliffhanger.
