  • ringothedrummer Why do so much people cast Cleese as Alfred? I get it that he’s an amazing actor, but I don’t see him as the caring butler himself. All I see is Lancelot from Monty Python.

    • theoriginalmartian   @batsonjacksont He's a great actor, so he can most definitely act the part. He also looks the part and sounds the part. And while he may be best remembered for his work with Monty Python, he really is perfect for the part when on looks at the sum of all the pieces present.
