Official Adam is an authoritarian representative of the functionaries within the ARCH, the Communist Party of the United States. With complete control over state institutions, media and population surveillance, the A.R.C.H. becomes a governing oligarchy. Led by Officer Adam, the regime imposes ruthless authority, cracking down on opposition and curtailing individual freedoms. Media censorship, invasive surveillance and the persecution of dissidents are the order of the day. The population lives in terror, deprived of their freedoms and forced to conform in order to survive.
