He uses his powers to stop a group of pirates, in the process drowning their leader, Devil Ray. Arthur has to fight with his step-brother Orm for the throne. Devil Ray‘s son, Black Manta, has vowed revenge and chases Arthur around the ocean, killing different politicians of the different Atlanten kingdoms.
