A Chinese master fighter who is highly proficient in Xing Yi Quan. Jinpachi Mishima is a friend of his with whom he often drinks tea, and the two have developed something of a friendly rivalry. In order to destroy the cursed Mishima bloodline, he sets out to fight once again. "You're still so naive. You can't beat me with strength alone!"
