It's about Hari Kondabolu's Revenge on Apu for making fun of his Father. This had all started when Kondabolu was a child. a group of angry southeast indians are going to get prepared for their revenge It's also a parody of Angry Birds.

Also Apu's non white voice is required for standard purposes. for Apu, Apu is serving as an Antagonist for Angry Indians. He throws Eggs at Hari Kondabolu's face. He Ululates, Apu's Son betrayed him as his voice actor supports Hari Kondabolu.
