Synopsis

What would you do if your older sister told you to pack up; you were moving to another state? Nonetheless WITHOUT your mom, the only person who ever really understood you? Well, that's what happened to Elsa Prior. Mack is always tired from work and annoyed, Eddie won't tell her anything, and Mack's boss that she hates is weirdly interested in their family. Elsa is determined to get to the bottom of what her siblings aren't telling her, as well as find out why her mom isn't answering any texts. But this will require the family to deal with past traumas, repair old relationships and build new ones, and finally be honest with themselves.

Description of Martin Alec Eastman:

Martin seems to be doing well at first-much to Mack's dismay. He is just barely making it by money wise, and has no idea what "hygiene" means, but he is friendly to everyone and the manager of a local business. However, throughout the story we get to see Martin's development into what we assume he once was-caring, protective of his siblings, and responsible. We also see Martin suddenly fall apart and get into a physical altercation towards the end of the story, remembering his own abusive father.
