Brussels, Inspector Franck Veralen and his old colleague are investigating a mysterious group of neo-Nazi criminals who are selling weapons, drugs, and a new doping product in the capital. After a major decent, his partner is beaten up at home by the gang leader's henchman and Veralen wants more than anything to bring them down. Thus arrives in town the French inspector Jacques Delannoy, who has authorization to investigate here because his country is also targeted by the gang. The two cops, seemingly so different but in reality very similar, will have to collaborate to bring down the dangerous gang, even if for that they must do more damage than repair, like the police officers of American action movies that yet they claim not to be...
