David is a young student who finds a roommate in New York which, on theory, would be perfect. However, on the day of the visit with his parents, he realizes that his possible future roommate, Helena, is having a trouble getting rid of her former hippie roommate who is struggling to commit. However, through the young man's mother, they discover that this old apartment should hide the treasure of a former great architect of the last century and they decide to go find it. However, when the insurance agent called by Helena arrives at the same time and deplores many problems, this treasure hunt will seem like a pitfall and it seems that the legend claiming that this hoard is cursed may be possible!
