Synopsis

Princess Amethyst, sole survivor of the House of Opal, was whisked away from Gemworld after her family was wiped out by the evil Dark Opal. As Amy Winston, a teenage girl living on Earth, she discovers her true heritage when Dark Opal's forces finally track her down and attack, resulting in the awakening of her long-dormant magical powers. Amy, now awakened as Princess Amethyst, returns to Gemworld to claim her rightful place and protect those in need.

Description of Lord Diamond:

A simple monk of the House of Diamond, he became Lord Diamond after the Emissaries of Varn destroyed the temple and killed all other monks. All their magic flowed into the last remaining monk, who became one of the most powerful sorcerers on Gemworld, as well as its strongest spiritual guide.
