This new series brings the adaptation of the epic video game franchise to an original series on Prime Video by showrunner Ronald D. Moore. It follows the legendary story of Kratos, known as the "Ghost of Sparta" and the mortal killer of gods and the "God of War". This series is about how one God has been driven by rage against other Gods and how being a father means to suppress your past when you try to find meaning to protect those you love. It is dark and thrilling fantasy series following the story lines of the Norse Saga, but also refers back to his origins when he was born in ancient Greece.
