Patrick Flynn, at the tender age of 20, is a notable up-and-coming crime boss in 1930s northern Philidelphia. People call him a prodigy in the field as he claws his way to power with a potent cocktail of charisma and intimidation. This kid's going places. But just his luck, things start going awry just as he steps up to the big leagues. On the one hand, he's making his way into the good graces of bigger, stronger families and found a precious partner to boot. On the other hand, old traumas are resurfacing and manifesting in new ways, threatening to put his entire career and even his life at risk. But dammit, one way or another, he's gonna fight until he makes it all the way.
