Description of Gustav Fiers:

As mysterious as he is influential, the gentleman known as Gustav Fiers has rubbed elbows with any number of powerful and unscrupulous men, among them names like Manfredi, Osborn, Fisk, Kravinoff, and Morlun. A planner by nature, he works from the shadows to carry out a grudge he holds against Spider-Man, one who's source is all too personal for the both of them. And now, he's set his sights on the new webhead, Miles Morales.
