After President James Truman gets a message, he travels to the Caribbeans only to discover that a bunch of pirates tricked him. It's up to Truman and Top Gun U.S. Marshall John "The Eraser" Kruger to stop the pirates from releasing the volcano to flood the whole ocean with lava.
