The story takes us through the adventures of Tatsumi, a young boxer who traveled to the imperial capital to join the army. However, he discovers that the city is damaged by the thirst for power of the officials, who take advantage of the emperor's lack of experince to rule as he pleases. After having a certain encounter, Tatsumi finds himself involved within a group of shadow assassins called " Night Raid", fighting against the tyranny of the imperial City....
