Fan Casting Lara Lor-Van in Absolute Superman (2025 - 2032)

Former Child Prodigy turned expert mechanic for Krypton's labor underclass. She is Kal-El's mother (Kryptonian women take the full names of their father as a surname). Unlike the main universe Lara, this version was a child prodigy who had her entire future ruined at age nine for daring to take an interest in space exploration. After this, she was relegated to a lower caste, and made to do labor far beneath her potential.
