In the past, Dr. Blackwell was a renowned psychologist in the field of serial killers and psychopaths, until one day she met Marshall Cumming, the only man who could entice Dr. Blackwell to such an extent that they began a relationship that led to the doctor having a night of passion with him, leaving her pregnant in the process, when this came to light the doctor lost all her recognition, and Cumming ended up in the electric chair for his past crimes, with nothing to do, Dr. Blackwell had her daughter who was put up for adoption with the name of Emily and adopted by the Cartwrights, however the doctor never stopped being present for Emily, being a vital help for her to leave her emotional dependence and be more perceptive than Molly as Glassface, to such an extent that she helped her escape, so now it is her duty to find her and correct the mistake she made.
